Cancer

Another in my series of pictures representing the signs of the zodiac in my style. Cancer, the crab is represented in dotwork style in the form of a crab with one large pincer surrounded by alchemical and astrological symbols and the Cancer constellation.

Like Pisceans, Cancerians are guardians, and like Pisceans they are highly emotional, however Cancerians learn to build a shell to defend their feelings and though this makes it easier for them to be protectors it means that they can sometimes be mistakenly seen as emotionally distant and detached - this isn't true, they feel very deeply and precisely because of this they try to keep it hidden.
